Many of you might be wondering where the programming went. Well, don’t worry, we still have very good programming.
We stopped posting the programming to our website because we started programming into an app called SugarWod! Our members, and the public, who subscribe under our facility in SugarWod can see our daily programming!!!
We track our members weightlifting numbers and results on each daily WOD in this app. It is a great tool for tracking performance and keeping a log of your own personal feats. We highly recommend to see if your affiliate is a part of SugarWod, and if not, feel free to join our affiliate and stack up against our members! For now, here is a little peek at today’s WOD!
