If you have arthritis, chondromalacia patella, degenerative diseases, osteoporosis, tendonitis, shin splints, ligament injuries, or limited movement that does not mean you cannot do CrossFit. The intensity at which you workout is determined only by you. We do not change the workout. We scale the load and degree of intensity so that you can DO the workout. We do not push for you to go out of your comfort zone or lift any weight that is not safe for you. We are there to help you get effective, quality, intense workouts that are determined by you.
