Body Burn – This is a High Intensity Interval Training class.  Focused on light-medium resistance and quick movements, this class is geared to get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing.  The movements are generally not as complicated as our CrossFit WOD’s in order to allow members going through On-Ramp to be able to participate.  Don’t write this class off as easy however.  You will feel the burn!

On-Ramp – This is our fundamental class that is required for all those new to CrossFit or those wanting to brush up on technique and terminology.  You will go through all the core fundamental movements that are important to your success in CrossFit.  Your CrossFit journey truly starts in this class.  If you do not master proper technique early, your ability to be efficient and lift heavy weights will suffer as a result.  On-ramp is by appointment only and will be scheduled when we have 5 or more people ready to enroll.
